This home was the result of a clear vision between client and designer and exemplifies the consistent result when a project is overseen from concept design through to the final touches of soft furnishings. The client’s brief was ‘clean-lines and contemporary’ so it was integral that fittings were concealed, the palette restrained and soft furnishings well considered. The highlight feature was the use of timber veneer cladding in the kitchen which wrapped around the hallway and into the powder room. Timber veneer was also used around an adjoining island wall in the master bedroom/ensuite to harmonise these spaces, whilst creating an ambience of warmth and luxury. The trust, dedication and enthusiasm instilled by the client made the project a pleasure as well as a success.
